My Websites (old and new)
pisa0
I made my first site in 1998. It was hosted by xs4all and I got more then 120.000 hits in 1 year. There were several pages, with different subjects, but the best scring pages were about, ‘Tom Waits’, ‘The leaning tower of Pisa’, and ‘The Greaseman’. The url was www.xs4all.nl/~pisa0, behind this site was a cartoon porn site that made me a lot of money because I was one of the first on the net who thought about selling ‘Disney porn’. This lasted for 18 months and then the rest of the world discovered the concept and the competition was killing.
carrot.nu
This was a site set up by Rob and me, we used it for testing and trying out our development stuff. It was the first domain that i bought and we thought we were pretty cool. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any good backups from this one, all I found was the first page we ever put on there.
www.onehappyday.com (old)
This website has know may faces, I managed to find one of the first versions, which was way to crowded, but gave me a lot of satisfaction building it. onehappyday.com I mainly used for my collections and some special events (like our wedding)

JAA
For Joan I created a website so she could sell her fashion Â
www.onehappyday.com (new)
I used the old version a couple of years before I replaced it with the current version (allready thinking about replacing it again). The new version was way simpler by its looks but more sophisticated on its code. The site is still mainly used for my collections, and unfortunately i still must finish it. The cool thing about the site is that the user can pick a mood and that will redesign the site on the fly.

photo.onehappyday.com
The first time I used Gallery. And I placed all my photos in it. More then 10.000 pictures. The site is still live, and I think I will keep it running for a while. At the moment I’m also working on another Photo site, but that will be more dediated to the better pictures, and won’t be just a huge collection of everything.

FrozenTimes.net
www.frozentimes.net, my new photo site. With (if I may say so) a pretty cool bumperpage. The page is an interactive desk (my desk), that is build with JavaScript. Just check it out. On the pictures below you see an example with the passport I was inspired by the website of J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter. Except I didn’t draw my desk but I photographed it, piece by piece. And then reconstructed it on the website. On this site you will find a few photos (and there stories) made by me and Joan. And we decided to write our travel journal there aswell. So hopefully at the end we have a nice collection of memories and frozen times.
Last but not least, my Card trick exchange center, which is a huge succes. Over 30.000 unique hits in a year, in the top 30 on google. And over 1200 registered members and 1500 cardtricks. This website was build in 4 evenings, and went live on the 7th of April 2005. The whole idea behind it is simple, just share tricks, don’t give them away but exchange them. I’m actually trying to make some money with it, but I found that difficult, because I do not want to ruin the phillosophy of the site. It’s al lot of work to maintain the site and to administer it. Luckely there are some moderators that are willing to help me out. In the future I will set up a spin of (www.pinkybreak.com) so I can start some sort of webshop.
