Queens day in Holland, for the non-Dutch this requires an explanation. On Queensday we celebrate the birthday of our queen. We do this with a big street party. Lot of music, booze, and crazy people wo dress in orange, the color of our royal house. And people are allowed to sell stuff on the vrijmarkt (free market), so everybody empty his cellar and sells a lot of crab in front of their house. And with the money they make the buy other peoples crab. Does it still make sense?
But there is an other catch to queensday, and to be honnest i must explain this: We celebrate the birthday of our queen, but actually it is the birthday of the mother of the queen. which is on the 30th of April. So we celebrate the birthday of the queen on the birthday of the mother of the queen, but this year the 30th of April is on a sunday, so because of religion we celebrate it the day before. So this year, we celebrate the birthday of our queen on the day before the birthday of the mother of the queen. Does it still make sense? Nah, we just found an excuse to party….

Mosley must choose between loyalty to his colleagues and protecting the witness, and never has such a short distance seemed so long…
